Live Cell Imaging using Superresolution Literature References

The investigation of interacting protein dynamics is an excellent candidate for unraveling complex biological concepts using superresolution microscopy. In proof-of-concept studies using point-spread function engineering and single-molecule superresolution imaging, most of the specimens have been fixed cells and tissues where dynamic studies are impossible. A limited number of experiments are now beginning to address cellular dynamics using superresolution microscopy techniques.
