The reprogramming of differentiated cells into induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) has become very important in the field of regenerative medicine. New open access research in Scientific Reports explores the role of the p38 MAPK signaling pathway in the creation of iPSCs. Imaging was performed in part using a Nikon A1R laser scanning confocal microscope.
