Nikon's recently introduced a new 100x silicone immersion objective (NA = 1.35) for super-resolution and multi-modal microscopy of thick specimens. The CFI SR HP Plan Apochromat Lambda S 100XC Sil objective and silicone immersion medium enable super-resolution imaging of thick specimens and offers correlative imaging capabilities.
