Nikon’s Museum of Microscopy
SMZ25 Stereomicroscope
( 2013 )
The SMZ25 Stereomicroscope was one of Nikon’s first stereomicroscopes to utilize the Perfect Zoom Optical System, which allowed both micro and macro imaging within the same system. It also utilized a new technology called Fly-Eye optical technology which made possible much clearer images due to lower signal-to-noise ratios even in low light situations.
